Position Overview A York Technical Recruiter is responsible for the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing and screening candidates, compensation negotiations and deployment of candidates. The position is a Hybrid position with working remotely and going into our Brooklyn Park, MN office. In this exempt position, the Recruiter is a vital cog in the management of the relationships between York, its clients, and its candidates. The Recruiter must exercise significant reasonable independent judgment and discretion in the below position responsibilities including all compensation setting and negotiations. The expected salary range for this position is $40,000–$60,000/year dependent upon experience and skills, plus commission and bonus incentives.
