About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across key engineering functions. In this role, you’ll operate as a trusted partner to hiring managers, driving hiring strategies, improving recruiting processes, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the company’s talent landscape by attracting and hiring top-tier talent.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Proven track record of hiring for technical complex or niche roles
  • Strong ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, outbound, networking, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruiting analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for delivering a high-quality candidate experience
  • Experience mentoring others or contributing to team development

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for complex and high-impact roles across multiple teams
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs, job requirements, and interview processes
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines
  • Act as a strategic advisor on talent market trends, compensation insights, and hiring best practices
  • Drive improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters or coordinators as needed
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics and performance
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives throughout the hiring process
