About The Position

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll own end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Product, Data, Security, and other technical teams as Thyme Care continues to scale. You’ll report to our Principal Technical Recruiter and partner closely with technical leaders to understand what great looks like, build strong pipelines, and help us hire exceptional talent in competitive markets. You’ll have meaningful ownership of your searches and the opportunity to work on everything from high-volume technical hiring to specialized and senior roles. We’re looking for someone who loves recruiting, knows how to find great technical talent, and wants to continue growing their craft in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

2+ years of technical recruiting experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
Shown curiosity and willingness to learn new things particularly around new technologies.
Proven success recruiting across areas such as Software Engineering, Product, Data, Security, or other technical functions.
Strong sourcing skills and a track record of identifying and engaging passive technical candidates.
Experience owning searches end-to-end and partnering directly with hiring managers.
Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Experience using data and recruiting metrics to understand funnel performance and improve results.
Healthcare experience is not required. We care more about your ability to learn quickly and recruit great technical talent.

Responsibilities

Own technical searches end-to-end, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and close.
Understand that AI is changing the craft of recruiting and be willing to build and fail and repeat until it’s right.
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data, Security, and other technical leaders to understand hiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies.
Build and engage strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative outreach.
Develop a strong understanding of the technical talent market and use those insights to help hiring managers make informed decisions.
Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
Help hiring managers build effective interview processes and make consistent, competency-based hiring decisions leveraging AI where appropriate.
Manage multiple searches and shifting priorities while maintaining speed, quality, and strong communication.
Use recruiting data and funnel insights to identify challenges and adjust your approach.
Contribute ideas that help us continuously improve how we recruit and hire technical talent at Thyme Care.
