About The Position

Teams with hiring managers to fully understand scope of work, sources, interviews, checks references, makes offers, processes applicants and new hires according to company standards and procedures. Provides recruiting input to hiring managers and develops proactive recruiting strategy. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree desired plus 5 to 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical recruiting experience desired.
  • Technical sourcing of top caliber IT Professionals and Engineers.
  • Previous recruiting experience supporting clients with technologies such as ASP.NET, Client Server Development (Microsoft Technologies, Java/J2EE, Appian etc.), and Administration (System, Database, Server, Network ) .
  • Solid understanding of technical skill sets and a demonstrated ability to recruit highly technical candidates to include some with security clearances.
  • Strong experience in the technical job market, web-based/Internet recruiting techniques, and employment policies and procedures.
