We’re hiring for a contract-hire full-cycle Technical Recruiter who’s equal parts strategist, relationship-builder, and closer. In this role, you’ll own the entire recruiting process for our technical teams- sourcing exceptional talent, building strong pipelines, and closing candidates who will shape the future of our company. You’ll work hand-in-hand with hiring managers and stakeholders, diving deep into the technical needs of each role and crafting innovative strategies to find and attract the best. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to design and refine recruiting processes that keep us agile and ensure every candidate has a white glove experience.
