Harbinger’s best-in-class team of EV, battery, and drivetrain experts have pooled their deep experience to bring a first-of-its-kind EV platform to support the growing demand for medium-duty EVs and Hybrids. Harbinger: Familiar Form, Revolutionary Foundation. Harbinger is looking for a contract Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing, for a wide range of technical roles. We are searching for a motivated and resourceful individual who is passionate about finding top talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This would be a 3-month contract with possibility to extend/convert.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including hardware engineers, manufacturing engineers, technicians, etc.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Source passive and active candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and industry-specific networks.
- Conduct technical screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide a positive and seamless experience for every candidate throughout the recruiting process.
- Stay up-to-date on tech industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
