The recruiter will act as a genuine talent partner to technical leaders, a sharp advisor on the market, and will be skilled at finding and attracting passive candidates. The position involves recruiting across Engineering, Information Security, IT, and Product, with the flexibility to pivot as business needs dictate. The recruiter will also contribute to building and improving the systems, processes, and strategies of the Talent Acquisition team. This role is based out of LVT's headquarters in American Fork, Utah.
