This role requires exceptional hands-on sourcing capabilities, a passion for non-traditional and alternate sourcing channels, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers and senior business leaders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in full-cycle hiring within large system integrators or global services organizations and brings a consultative, data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
