We're looking for an exceptional Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for hard-to-fill engineering roles. You'll report into the VP of People and be responsible for sourcing strategy, candidate quality, hiring manager partnership, and closing outcomes. As a lean, fast-moving startup, this role will also flex to support hiring for other functions as business needs and market conditions evolve. You’ll partner closely with founders and leaders across the company, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and be expected to deliver results in a competitive talent market.
