About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and hiring technical talent. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven recruitment experience and has expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle within the government contracting space. This position requires partnership with delivery teams, proposal managers, and hiring managers to fill critical roles efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in government contracting.
  • Direct experience in government contracting recruitment, including compliance with federal hiring regulations.
  • Familiarity with security clearance processes and hiring for cleared roles.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting technical and IT consulting roles.
  • Solid understanding of labor categories, contract staffing models, and proposal recruiting.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions across fast-paced, dynamic programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms (ADP preferred), and recruiting analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to identify workforce needs, define role requirements, and create effective sourcing plans.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for culture, skill, and clearance requirements for both funded and proposal staffing needs.
  • Support offer development, negotiation, and pre-employment processes.
  • Navigate government contracting hiring nuances including labor categories, salary constraints, and contractual staffing requirements.
  • Ensure recruiting processes comply with government contracting regulations (OFCCP, EEO, security clearance requirements, etc.).
  • Enhance visibility in the government contracting talent market.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data within the ATS and provide recruiting metrics as needed.
  • Experienced with sourcing initiatives (LinkedIn Recruiter, clearance job boards, industry events, networking, etc.).
