We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join Unframe and help us scale our team as we continue building our enterprise AI platform. In this role, you’ll own the full hiring process for key positions across engineering, product, and design. You would also be required to have basic knowledge of sales hiring roles should you need to support the US GTM team. You’ll work closely with founders and hiring managers to attract great people, build strong hiring processes, and ensure a thoughtful candidate experience from first conversation to offer. You’ll play an important role in shaping how we grow the team during the fast-paced growth stage of the company’s journey. This role is remote but would require working with hiring managers globally.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in recruiting at high-growth tech startups.
• Experience hiring for technical roles (engineering, product, or design).
• Hands-on sourcing experience and ability to engage candidates directly.
• Familiarity with recruiting and HR tools (e.g. Greenhouse, Mataview, Linkedin Recruiter).
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple processes and roles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process.
• Own hiring for R&D and product roles for the US market
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
• Proactively source strong candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and networks and have an active pipeline of candidates regardless of active openings.
• Manage the candidate experience from first conversation through offer.
• Track recruiting pipeline and hiring metrics to continuously improve our process.
• Help implement and maintain recruiting tools and workflows as the company grows and work with the talent team to bring in best practices
