About The Position

Provide leadership, support, and vision during the process of acquiring and placing applicants to meet the staffing needs of the company and shares responsibility for reducing turnover within the company by staffing positions with quality candidates that meet the criteria of the positions.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to meet hiring goals in fast-paced, metric-driven environments, ideally recruiting Salesforce or enterprise technical talent.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce roles, clouds, certifications, and the broader Trailblazer community, with the ability to speak credibly to technical candidates.
  • Deep knowledge of technical hiring practices, cleared talent sourcing, and government compliance standards.
  • Skilled in enterprise-level ATS/CRM platforms, particularly Oracle, with a strong focus on data accuracy, candidate tracking, and AI-assisted sourcing.
  • Adept in both active and passive recruiting strategies, leveraging networks, referrals, and talent communities to build high-quality Salesforce pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of federal contracting rules, employment regulations, and salary benchmarking.
  • Craft compelling job postings, deliver persuasive outreach, and clearly articulate value propositions to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and follow-through across multiple concurrent roles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for Salesforce technical roles (Developers, Technical Architects, OmniStudio Developers, MuleSoft Engineers, Admins, BAs, and DevOps) from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with hiring goals.
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques (Trailblazer community, certification-based searches, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and ATS/CRM tools) to identify qualified, cleared, and culturally aligned candidates within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Evaluate candidates on hands-on platform experience, relevant certifications (Platform Developer, Application/System Architect, OmniStudio Developer), and the difference between true builders and surface-level consultants.
  • Develop targeted recruitment plans that reflect Salesforce project needs, contract requirements, and workforce trends.
  • Maintain strict adherence to federal hiring regulations, EEO/AA, and Native American preference policies while emphasizing hiring integrity.
  • Leverage Oracle (ATS) and CRM tools to track metrics, ensure data integrity, and support process improvements that accelerate hiring timelines.
  • Coordinate background checks, clearance verification, reference checks, and interview logistics to ensure readiness and compliance.
  • Align offers with Salesforce market benchmarks to secure top talent while respecting budget considerations.
  • Analyze geographic, certification, and industry-specific data to recommend strategic staffing initiatives.
  • Guide candidates through every step of the hiring journey to improve conversion and reduce drop-off.
