We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Recruiter / HR Generalist to support both talent acquisition and core human resources functions. This role is ideal for an HR professional who has strong experience recruiting technical talent while also contributing across broader HR operations and employee support activities. This position is approximately 60% technical recruiting and 40% HR generalist responsibilities; however, the allocation may shift based on business needs, hiring volume, and organizational priorities. In addition to managing full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering positions, this role will play a key part in supporting onboarding, employee relations, training and development, employee engagement, and other HR programs and initiatives.
