We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to serve as the primary coordinator for filling staff openings and the first impression of Bellwood for every candidate. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles - engineering, design, operations, sales, and leadership - from managing high-volume inbound applicants to scheduling onboarding meetings for new hires, while continuously improving our systems and processes. This role is ideal for someone who treats recruiting as a business function: you understand that speed, quality, and efficiency matter, and you're energized by building processes that scale rather than simply executing existing ones.
