About The Position

This position supports the admissions team. It is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of student documents. Additionally, it requires collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure paperwork is processed efficiently. This position requires strong computer and internet research skills, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal communication. This position reports to the Associate Director of Admissions and International Services. This position is not eligible for new visa sponsorship at this time. Candidates who already hold valid U.S. work authorization may be considered.

Requirements

  • Monitoring a records system to identify and correct errors.
  • Researching a variety of sources to resolve problems.
  • Interpreting, explaining and applying regulations, laws, or complex policies to carry out assignments.
  • Entering and retrieving data using a computerized records system.
  • Some knowledge of medical terminology and the general benefits of Medicaid, Medicare and major insurance companies.
  • Experience working with sensitive or restricted data.

Responsibilities

  • Enter ALEKS test scores into the Banner/Recruit systems.
  • Enter SAT/ACT test scores into the Banner/Recruit systems.
  • Enter and Scan High School transcripts and test scores into the Banner/Recruit/BDM systems.
  • Enter and Scan College transcripts into the Banner/Recruit/BDM systems.
  • Process deferment requests.
  • Double check newly scanned documents for accuracy.
  • Monitor system records for duplicates and merge when needed.
  • Error checking for system and human errors to ensure accurate and efficient record management in the Recruit system.
  • Other duties as assigned.
