About The Position

The Technical Records Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for managing and maintaining Quality Control and Aircraft Maintenance records according to regulatory requirements and Amerijet Company Policies. This role involves tracking all department records, logging manual files, and ensuring electronic files are accurate and complete. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn office equipment are required.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Computer literacy and numerical aptitude.
  • Skilled in utilizing office equipment (copier, fax, computer, etc.).
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience using MS Office, with emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Basic knowledge of using Excel and working with spreadsheets is a must.
  • At least one (1) year of general office experience required.
  • Being comfortable reading quality-related documentation is a must.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Able to correspond in writing and verbally in a professional manner.
  • Ability to obtain a SIDA badge.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Technical Records or Aviation Maintenance experience is preferable.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish desired, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Process and file component removals, including updating the computer system and time-controlled component records.
  • File ETRs within their respective filing cabinets monthly.
  • Process ETRs daily in the SharePoint site for verification of removal and installation of ETR.
  • Review, scan, process, and file completed “A” checks and “C” executed paperwork, including updating the computer system.
  • Review and process completed work order documents, close work orders on PMI software, and file physical work order documents within filing cabinets in numerical order monthly.
  • Review and maintain aircraft Log Pages in numerical order, per aircraft registration.
  • Maintain an Excel sheet report for aircraft LPs, ETRs, WOs, A-checks, and C checks.
  • Perform write-ups on PMI software for aircraft log pages.
  • Inform Manager & Chief Pilots of any discrepancies found to update the discrepancy section on SharePoint daily.
  • Scan all log pages, checks, work orders, and ETRs into FlyDocs.
  • Organize and keep record boxes up to date.
  • Respond to records-related queries received by email.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
