About The Position

We are seeking a Bilingual Technical Project Manager fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English to manage complex robotics data collection and annotation projects. This role involves end-to-end project delivery, from client alignment and solution design to final delivery, ensuring data production meets strict client SLAs and accuracy standards while managing internal cost and timeline targets. You will translate client requirements into concrete data collection and annotation specifications, coordinate global cross-functional teams across the US, China, and Southeast Asia, and build quality control and process automation systems. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and experience in AI data services, autonomous driving, or robotics.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of project or program management experience (TPM role).
  • Direct experience in AI data services, autonomous driving, robotics, or managing high-throughput data BPO pipelines.
  • A strong grasp of tech fundamentals.
  • Comfortably interface with engineering teams on topics like data pipelines, sensor modalities, 3D spatial math, and ML training workflows.
  • Exceptional learning agility and structured thinking.
  • Ability to quickly isolate the root cause of complex pipeline failures, sensor drifts, or label inconsistencies, and drive cross-functional resources to a solution.
  • Elite communication skills in English; comfortable working with global, multi-lingual teams across different time zones.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • A high-ownership, self-driven operator who thrives on turning chaos into structured, repeatable processes in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
