You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Office Suite and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional development teams to achieve project milestones through roadmap development, schedule oversight, and risk management
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role as a U.S. Marine Corps Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) or Commissioned Officer
  • 2+ years of experience delivering hardware-based solutions in a project or program management role
  • Experience collecting, editing, and communicating weekly highlights, milestones, and project risks to senior leadership within a multi-layered program office
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while showing initiative, flexibility, and innovation
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience with over the horizon targeting or long-range fires programs
  • Experience on a middle-tier acquisition rapid prototyping program
  • Experience as a technical project manager for combat weapon system
  • Master's degree
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • PMP certification
