Requirements

5+ years of experience leading cross-functional development teams to achieve project milestones through roadmap development, schedule oversight, and risk management
3+ years of experience in a leadership role as a U.S. Marine Corps Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) or Commissioned Officer
2+ years of experience delivering hardware-based solutions in a project or program management role
Experience collecting, editing, and communicating weekly highlights, milestones, and project risks to senior leadership within a multi-layered program office
Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while showing initiative, flexibility, and innovation
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience with over the horizon targeting or long-range fires programs
Experience on a middle-tier acquisition rapid prototyping program
Experience as a technical project manager for combat weapon system
Master's degree
TS/SCI clearance
PMP certification
