Responsibilities
- Define project scope, establish timelines, manage resource allocation, and track milestones using frameworks like Agile or Scrum.
- Act as the central translator between engineering teams, product managers, and executive stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business goals.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies across multiple teams, and develop contingency plans for technical roadblocks.
- Oversee project plan, negotiate timelines, and ensure technical staff are utilized efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, architectural diagrams, and status reports.
