About The Position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data centric initiatives, bridging the gap between complex data architecture and actionable business intelligence. This role is responsible for orchestrating the delivery of digital tools, streamlining internal workflows, and ensuring that our data products are "packaged" for maximum impact and clarity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing projects involving SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and data warehousing concepts.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies as applied to data engineering and tool creation.
  • Ability to interrogate data for quality and consistency before it reaches the final packaging stage.
  • Exceptional ability to document technical processes and present data stories to diverse audiences.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Analysis or related field is required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with data analysis and/or project management required.
  • Valid Real ID compliant identification
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Must be able to work in a team atmosphere.
  • Must put forward professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation.
  • Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety/risk hazard to the employee or others.
  • The work environment requires the ability to cooperate and work with individuals at all levels of the company and the client organization.
  • Employees will exercise diligence when developing a Safe Plan of Action (SPA) for each task performed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of technical roadmaps, ensuring data management and reporting projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Evaluate existing data workflows to identify bottlenecks; design and implement automated or optimized processes to improve team efficacy.
  • Manage the development of digital tools and dashboards, ensuring they meet user requirements and maintain high standards of UI/UX.
  • Oversee the transformation of raw datasets into polished, consumable formats for executive stakeholders and external partners.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into business logic for non-technical stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for project health.
