About The Position
New Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of our Guest 360 / Master Data Management (MDM) initiative.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
- Experience with MDM, Customer 360, CRM, Data Integration, or Enterprise Data Platform implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent executive reporting skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Travel industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the Guest 360 / Master Data Management (MDM) initiative.
- Manage cross-functional teams across Salesforce, data, integration, and infrastructure workstreams.
- Coordinate with vendors.
- Communicate effectively and provide executive reporting.
