This role is responsible for requirements engineering, business process analysis, technical documentation, integrated program planning, Operational Readiness (OR) tracking, governance reporting, and delivery coordination across all Systems Integration initiatives. Acting as the connective tissue between executive strategy and technical execution, the Technical Program Manager ensures engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, Business Operations, AI Infrastructure, and Information Technology remain aligned throughout the lifecycle of every integration project. The position owns the documentation, planning, governance, and execution framework that enables engineers to focus on technical delivery while ensuring every initiative is traceable from business requirement through design, implementation, testing, commissioning, operational acceptance, and transition into steady-state operations. As the central program coordination function within Systems Integration, this role maintains project schedules, requirements traceability, risk registers, decision logs, governance dashboards, Operational Readiness scorecards, and executive reporting while driving accountability across multiple concurrent workstreams.
