$150,000 - $240,000

About The Position

The Technical Program Manager serves as the operational integrator for the Systems Integration organization, translating business objectives, operational requirements, engineering constraints, and technical strategies into executable workstreams that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role is responsible for requirements engineering, business process analysis, technical documentation, integrated program planning, Operational Readiness (OR) tracking, governance reporting, and delivery coordination across all Systems Integration initiatives. Acting as the connective tissue between executive strategy and technical execution, the Technical Program Manager ensures engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, Business Operations, AI Infrastructure, and Information Technology remain aligned throughout the lifecycle of every integration project. The position owns the documentation, planning, governance, and execution framework that enables engineers to focus on technical delivery while ensuring every initiative is traceable from business requirement through design, implementation, testing, commissioning, operational acceptance, and transition into steady-state operations. As the central program coordination function within Systems Integration, this role maintains project schedules, requirements traceability, risk registers, decision logs, governance dashboards, Operational Readiness scorecards, and executive reporting while driving accountability across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years as a technical project manager, business analyst, systems analyst, or integration analyst within infrastructure, datacenter, or technology integration environments
  • Strong requirements engineering skills — able to elicit, structure, and document functional and non-functional requirements across technical and operational domains
  • Experience writing integration specifications for API-based integrations, data pipeline designs, or control-system interfaces
  • Proficiency in process mapping (BPMN) and tools such as Lucidchart or Visio; project tracking in Linear/Procore, Jira, or MS Project
  • Understanding of ITIL service management sufficient to translate operational requirements into ITIL process specifications

Nice To Haves

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews/workshops to capture integration requirements from Engineering, Operations, BizOps, and tenant-facing teams
  • Produce structured requirements documentation — functional, non-functional, data, and integration specs in a consistent, version-controlled format
  • Map current- and future-state processes for SI-governed workflows using BPMN or equivalent
  • Write integration specifications sufficient for developers and engineers to build without ambiguity
  • Design acceptance criteria and test cases; maintain the requirements traceability matrix from capture through verification
  • Coordinate with the Enterprise SI Architect on integration specs and support OR-gate evidence preparation
