About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to oversee the planning, development, testing, and deployment of software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing technical projects, leading Agile/Scrum teams, and working with cross-functional stakeholders. The client is specifically looking for someone with Project Management + Scrum Master experience, along with strong technical writing and diagramming/documentation skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Several years of experience in Technical Project Management within software development environments.
Strong experience as a Scrum Master working with Agile teams.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and multiple projects.
Strong technical writing, documentation, and diagramming skills.
Experience creating process flows, technical diagrams, and project documentation.
Experience with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and make effective decisions under pressure.
Strong U.S. professional experience and familiarity with the U.S. work environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Lead and manage software development, QA, and cross-functional technical teams.
Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Manage project scope, schedules, requirements, and change requests.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical documentation, status reports, and other project artifacts.
Create and maintain technical diagrams, process flows, architecture diagrams, and visual documentation as required.
Ensure software applications meet quality standards and are thoroughly tested before release.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues and remove project blockers.
Ensure customer and stakeholder expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
