About The Position

We are looking for a talented Technical Project Manager – Marine to join our team in Sales from your remote home office. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead quoting and project management activities for new Wabtec partnership Marine programs within the CSSNA DBU. This position requires close cross‑functional collaboration to develop accurate cost proposals and coordinate delivery schedules in support of program commitments. The role will plan, schedule, and lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining comprehensive documentation of project quotations, scope, and milestone status. Responsibilities span the full program lifecycle, including prototype development, installation, commissioning, transition to production release, and ongoing management of subsequent deliveries.

Requirements

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.
  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.
  • Experience in prototype cost analysis and/or manufacturing cost estimation.
  • Working knowledge of Product Compliance and Regulatory frameworks applicable to defense programs (e.g., FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, cybersecurity, and applicable industry standards).
  • Proven experience working on U.S. Government programs requiring Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) designation and compliance with applicable information protection and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Advanced ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, specifications, and configuration documentation.
  • Solid understanding of government contract requirements, including deliverables, documentation standards, and compliance obligations.
  • Familiarity with quality and testing processes, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), inspections, and required documentation packages.
  • Ability to effectively utilize and adapt to multiple project management tools and customer-preferred systems.

Responsibilities
