About The Position

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager III to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional infrastructure programs in a fast-paced technical environment. This role will partner closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to drive project execution, support escalations, improve operational processes, and help coordinate hardware capacity and infrastructure planning. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing infrastructure or data center programs, working across multiple technical organizations, and independently resolving high-priority stakeholder issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant Technical Program Management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs in infrastructure and/or data center environments.
  • Experience driving complex projects across multiple teams and organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, particularly with engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to manage escalations and operate effectively in high-intensity technical environments.
  • Experience working independently and driving projects from planning through execution.
  • Experience with technical project management approaches beyond traditional waterfall-only methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing complex projects in public cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with hyperscale compute, infrastructure capacity, or capacity planning.
  • Exposure to hardware infrastructure and supply chain programs.
  • Experience providing front-line escalation support for engineering or product teams.
  • Experience owning or improving technical customer/support systems.
  • Familiarity with technical tools or languages such as SQL, Java, Visual Basic, or similar technologies.
  • PMI or PMP certification.
  • MBA or related advanced degree.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate complex cross-functional infrastructure projects across multiple engineering and technical teams.
  • Drive project plans, priorities, dependencies, risks, and execution through completion.
  • Provide front-line support for infrastructure capacity issues and engineering escalations.
  • Partner with infrastructure, engineering, and program teams to resolve high-priority technical and operational issues.
  • Support hardware capacity planning and coordination across infrastructure partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate support processes, tooling, documentation, and knowledge bases.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and drive resolution of conflicts, blockers, and escalations.
  • Coordinate infrastructure-related supply chain and capacity initiatives.
  • Operate independently in a fast-moving environment with limited direction.
