$79,000 - $165,000

About The Position

The Glassdoor Business Unit of Indeed has a mission to make worklife better for everyone, and our Engineering organization is the engine behind that mission. We're looking for a Technical Project Manager I to help our engineering teams plan, coordinate, and ship complex, cross-functional initiatives, including work that spans AI-driven product features. You'll be the connective tissue between engineering, product, and quality, keeping programs on track and making sure the right people have the right information at the right time. This role is a great fit for someone early in their TPM career who wants to build solid program management craft inside a fast-moving engineering organization. You'll work closely with a Senior TPM or TPM II, engineering managers, and product partners to drive planning cycles, track dependencies, and report on progress across one or more workstreams, including initiatives involving AI/ML features and tooling. You'll help maintain project plans, keep priorities, timelines, and ownership visible through program management tools, and prepare clear status updates for partners. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and comfortable operating with some ambiguity. You bring solid fundamentals in program tracking and communication, sound judgment in escalating risks or blockers, and a genuine interest in how AI is changing how engineering teams work. You'll also help keep documentation current, support recurring team ceremonies, and identify practical ways to improve how the team plans and tracks work.
