About The Position

As a Technical Project Manager II, you will help drive complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from planning through delivery. You will partner closely with technical teams, business partners, and adjacent functions to keep programs on track, clarify priorities, and ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time. In this role, you will support work that may span systems, platforms, infrastructure, and product or operational improvements. You will help translate business needs into technical requirements, track dependencies and risks, and coordinate execution across multiple teams. You will use data, feedback, and structured program management practices to support sound decisions and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and comfortable working through ambiguity. They bring solid project and program management fundamentals, technical fluency, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners.

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or a minimum of 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience.
  • Working knowledge of technical systems, platforms, infrastructure, or software delivery practices in an enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated technical fluency, including the ability to understand technical requirements, system constraints, dependencies, and implementation trade-offs.
  • Ability to support end-to-end project and program delivery across planning, execution, implementation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience tracking and communicating technical risks, dependencies, and program status to technical and non-technical partners.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with project or program management tools, collaboration platforms, and AI-assisted tools that support documentation, synthesis, and reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end planning and delivery for complex technical programs and cross-functional initiatives, from requirements gathering through implementation.
  • Partner with technical teams and business partners to translate requirements, constraints, dependencies, and risks into clear execution plans.
  • Facilitate key program rituals and working sessions, including planning meetings, status reviews, launch readiness discussions, and retrospectives.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation planning to keep initiatives on track.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure technical solutions align with project goals, operational needs, and user experience considerations.
  • Translate technical progress, risks, and trade-offs into clear partners updates, documentation, and reporting.
  • Use data, feedback, tools, and AI-assisted workflows to improve coordination, visibility, and delivery practices.
