  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery timelines and quality standards.
  • Provide technical direction on fusion and mechanical splicing for single-mode, multi-mode, and ribbon fiber.
  • Supervise OTDR, OLTS, and power meter testing, ensuring data accuracy and certification integrity.
  • Analyze OTDR traces, loss budgets, and test results for quality assurance.
  • Support root cause analysis for faults or defects, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Stay current with emerging fiber optic technologies, testing methodologies, and equipment advancements.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including splicing technicians, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all operational protocols.

  • Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements, contractual obligations, and industry benchmarks (ITU, FOA, BICSI).
  • Manage project documentation, including test results, as-built records, and handover packs.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety policies and environmental standards.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and resource utilization.
  • Track progress against KPIs, milestones, and SLAs.
