About The Position

We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager, Auth to join our team at zerohash. You will play a critical role in executing and delivering complex, cross-functional software projects aligned with our product roadmap. You'll serve as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders - owning a specific product and technology vertical end-to-end, from project initiation through to production roll-out. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
6+ years of experience in technical project management
Experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency companies
Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional software development projects
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams
Strong understanding of simple and secure account linking and authentication infrastructure, including wallet integrations across custodial and non-custodial platforms, chain abstraction mechanisms, stablecoin funding integration, and the end-to-end lifecycle of account linking from user wallet selection through identity verification, account ownership validation, compliance confirmation, and secure asset transfer.

Responsibilities

Organise teams in JIRA: releases, milestones, sprint planning and ceremonies
Own the zerohash delivery calendar for your squads and drive ceremony rhythm
Create and maintain dashboard reporting across delivery, release and velocity
Facilitate delivery end-to-end: scoping → sizing → development → testing → validation → sign-off → prod roll-out
Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and drive execution
Maintain delivery plans, surface risks early and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Implement PDLC best practices and drive process improvement across the function
Help teams with resourcing
Building automated AI reporting, scalable and applicable across the board for different stakeholders
