About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring a Technical Project Analyst for a remote position. The primary responsibility is to support data migration tasks as part of an overall ACH Modernization initiative. This role involves capturing, analyzing, and interpreting data migration information, creating project deliverables, and working closely with the Technical Project Manager, business stakeholders, and technical teams. The position requires experience in both waterfall and agile environments, a passion for continuous improvement, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The role is collaborative and involves working with technical resources, business teams, QA, and management. The analyst will provide support for data migrations, document analysis results, produce project deliverables, and assist with Software Development Framework (SDF) artifacts. Good judgment and escalation of issues are expected, along with fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

HP ALM XRAY Script conversion (ALM to JIRA XRAY)
Map and convert existing ALM scripts to XRAY (Core Payments map and convert existing ALM scripts to XRAY)
Migrate standardize and validate our current scripts ALM repository to Xray
Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Business with a concentration in MIS, or related field.
Five or more years working with highly complex projects crossing multiple platforms and diverse technologies.
Experience in technical project analysis or project management.
Experience in data migrations and/or database analysis.
Experience tracking and updating project tasks.
Experience in creation of complex technical deliverables.
Demonstrated experience providing analytical support to technical teams responsible for implementing complex solutions in an enterprise environment.
Excellent interpersonal as well as oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Demonstrated organizational planning skills and proficiency with standard business productivity applications and software.
Exercises good judgment and escalates issues to management when necessary.
Experience resolving project issues in a team setting, including evaluation of options to determine optimal solution.
Experience working in both waterfall and agile software development environments.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical support to the team responsible for data migrations as part of the ACH Modernization program.
Capture data migration related analysis.
Effectively document the results of data migration analysis.
Produce a variety of project deliverables related to data migration.
Assist the Technical Project Manager with the completion of necessary Software Development Framework (SDF) artifacts.
Exercise good judgment and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Create and foster a positive work environment.
Map and convert existing ALM scripts to XRAY.
Migrate, standardize, and validate current scripts from ALM repository to Xray.
Support the migration of data amongst various subsystems on both mainframe and distributed environments.
