Position Overview We are seeking a Program Analyst / Technical Editor and Executive Support professional to provide a dual-hatted mix of tasking/workflow management and technical editing for the customer. This role manages ETMS2/ETS tasking while also reviewing and editing executive correspondence for compliance with Air Force and NGB writing standards. The ideal candidate brings experience in both tasking/workflow administration and technical editing, along with the versatility to move between coordination and editorial responsibilities as mission needs require. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in tasking/workflow management and technical/executive correspondence editing.
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing documents for military style-writing standards using Microsoft track changes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in English, Journalism, Communications, Public Administration, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Air National Guard (ANG) or National Guard Bureau (NGB) correspondence experience preferred.
  • Must have active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Action (identify, accept/reject, route, or complete) new ETMS2/ETS tasks within one business day of assignment to ANG Workflow queues.
  • Maintain the governance meeting calendar and RSVP tracking; distribute digital read-ahead materials to OPRs, OCRs, and senior leaders per need-to-know.
  • Assess documents for clarity, grammar, and regulatory standards using Microsoft track changes; identify proper military/Air Force style writing conventions.
  • Review, analyze, and recommend revisions on written products for the appropriate Action Officer or OPR; return correspondence for corrections.
  • Coordinate with SACO and Directorate Workflow Managers to validate recommended changes and expedite staff action processing.
  • Review official Action Officer (AO) training slides for grammar and formatting; construct and deliver Executive Level Writing training at ANG/NGB AO Training events.
  • Monitor and assist with management of ODANG and ANGRC SharePoint webpages and workflow management POC rosters.
