About The Position

Critical Projects Implementation has an immediate opening for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the development, standardization, and deployment of Method of Procedures (MOPs) for data center infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality, safety‑critical technical procedures that support reliable and timely execution of mission‑critical work across multiple data center sites. The TPM will act as a central point of coordination between engineering, operations, construction, and regional stakeholders that rely on consistent, approved procedures to execute infrastructure changes. The role owns the full lifecycle of procedural development, including requirements definition, authoring, technical review coordination, approval workflow management, and site deployment. Success in this role requires strong technical writing skills, working knowledge of data center electrical systems, and the ability to balance safety, quality, and delivery timelines in a high‑risk environment. This position will contribute to the maturation of standardized work frameworks, helping reduce approval timelines and improve repeatability across sites. The role offers the opportunity to influence how technical procedures are developed, reviewed, and scaled across the organization.
