About The Position

We're seeking a Technical Program Manager who excels in communications, collaboration, and problem-solving to help drive cross-team coordination on complex programs. In this role, you'll organize and align technology initiatives across outbound communications, influencer marketing, personalization systems, customer data infrastructure, and search optimization platforms. This position offers greenfield opportunities to think big and deliver one-of-a-kind solutions that will revolutionize marketing technology. You'll collaborate with multiple teams to consolidate brand-specific systems into shared platforms, strengthen our operational foundation, and implement AI-native technologies that ensure every customer interaction is personalized and reliable.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
  • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams across marketing technology domains.
  • Drive crisp execution by developing clear technical requirements, creating high-level designs, and partnering with engineering teams to deliver simplified solutions with measurable success criteria.
  • Lead technical discussions and reviews that harmonize discordant views, facilitate constructive dialogue, and build consensus around program vision and priorities.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks, solving ambiguous problems through data-driven analysis and strategic thinking.
  • Streamline processes and drive operational excellence procedures that improve concurrent project delivery while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.
