Technical Program Manager

Applied Systems, Inc.,
$93,000 - $130,000Remote

About The Position

The best work happens when smart people move fast together. At Applied, we’ve spent 40+ years building technology that solves real problems for insurance professionals, and we’re not slowing down. We’re pushing what’s possible in Insurtech and doing it inside a culture built on trust, inclusion, and growth. We’re searching for a Technical Program Manager to join our DevOps and SRE team in a remote or hybrid capacity. At this level, you operate with a high degree of autonomy – leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs, influencing technical and business leadership, and driving alignment across complex organizational ecosystems. You bring the experience to identify patterns and trends, integrate them into proactive program planning, and ensure initiatives are delivered with clarity and consistency. We’re looking for someone who understands that winning is a team sport, who learns from diverse perspectives, and who can, at any given time, step back and have some fun.
