About The Position

Oscar is hiring three Technical Program Managers to join its growing Technology Program Management Office (Tech PMO). Applicants will be considered for all Technical Program Manager openings, with specific placement determined after interviews. In this individual-contributor role, you will lead complex technical programs that improve how members navigate coverage, providers work with Oscar, clinical teams deliver care, and the business grows. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders across the Network, Growth, Member, and Clinical pillars. Each hire will support a defined set of teams, with visibility across roadmaps and direct leadership of selected complex programs. Programs may involve provider data platforms, clinical integrations, member digital experiences, enrollment, broker tools, or marketing technology. As an early member of a growing Tech PMO, you will also help shape how teams plan, solve problems, and deliver. The position is based in Oscar’s New York City office and follows a hybrid schedule requiring three office days per week. Thursdays are required; the other two office days are flexible. The base salary range is $117,576.00–$154,318.50 per year, with eligibility for benefits, Oscar’s unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.
