We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to help drive the next generation of high-quality, secure, and scalable database capabilities. You will be part of a team focused on delivering a modern, automated, and converged database platform - engineered with an entrepreneurial mindset that values innovation, ownership, and execution excellence. This is a high-impact role where your contributions will directly shape a world-class engineering product, with a relentless focus on quality, security, and operational excellence. Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Requirements
- Strong database expertise (must-have) — deep understanding of database systems, architectures, and lifecycle, preferably in cloud or autonomous environments
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise software programs (must-have) — including end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-organizational initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams and align stakeholders toward a unified vision and “North Star”
- A bias for action with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
- Strong ownership, high judgment, and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Excellent collaboration and influence skills across engineering, product, and business teams
