About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support large multi-year programs focused on modernizing and consolidating retail banking platforms. This role requires a hands-on program manager who can operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive cross-team coordination across large enterprise programs.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Program / Project Management roles
Proven experience managing large enterprise technology programs
Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate independently and take ownership of complex initiatives
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Good to have experience working with core banking systems or banking platforms

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program execution for transformation initiatives.
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, and execution strategy.
Break down large initiatives into manageable modules, releases, and milestones.
Coordinate across engineering teams, business stakeholders, business analysts, and product teams.
Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple programs.
Track delivery progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies.
Ensure teams remain aligned to program timelines and deliverables.
Prepare and present weekly program updates to business and leadership stakeholders.
Communicate program status, risks, and milestones clearly and effectively.
Operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
Identify gaps in requirements or execution and drive resolution across teams.
