About The Position

We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to join our Decision Sciences team. In this role, you will drive execution of critical programs that enable scalable data platform capabilities and domain data products. You will partner closely with engineering, governance, and domain teams to deliver capabilities that improve data usability, trust, and accessibility. You will help operationalize data quality, governance, and platform capabilities into workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in TPM or related roles.
  • Experience delivering data or platform capabilities.
  • Strong execution and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical understanding of data systems.
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data platforms or governance tooling.
  • Familiarity with data quality and lineage concepts.
  • Experience driving adoption across teams.
  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product design.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of programs delivering data platform capabilities.
  • Enable domain teams to adopt standardized data product patterns.
  • Translate standards into implementable workflows.
  • Coordinate across teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Manage dependencies and resolve blockers.
  • Support implementation of metrics and telemetry.
