About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex cross-functional programs from planning through execution and delivery. The TPM will work closely with engineering, product management, customers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful program execution, risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
• 8+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in Technical Program Management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale software, hardware, semiconductor, embedded, cloud, or platform development programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across cross-functional engineering teams.
• Define scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and success metrics to ensure on-time execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and successful outcomes.
• Facilitate program reviews, stakeholder communications, and leadership updates.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and critical issues throughout the program lifecycle.
• Support engineering teams in prioritization, estimation, release planning, and resolution of technical challenges.
• Monitor key performance indicators including schedule, quality, resource utilization, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate resource planning and staffing activities to ensure effective team allocation.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives to enhance program execution and delivery performance.
