  • Experience working with external vendors, contract manufacturers, or semiconductor foundries
  • Exposure to full hardware development lifecycle (prototype, validation, mass production)
  • Experience supporting semiconductor programs across foundry, OSAT, or vendor interfaces
  • Familiarity with display silicon, uLED, or related electro-optical technologies
  • Experience managing multi-vendor programs and working across international teams/time zones
  • Working knowledge of program tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet)
  • Ability to communicate program status, risks, and decisions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Strong cross-functional leadership with measurable impact across engineering teams
  • Proven vendor and partner management in complex, multi-organization environments
  • High level of execution rigor, including structured planning, tracking, and communication

  • Lead silicon programs across all development phases (prototype → validation → mass production), ensuring milestones are met and risks are proactively managed.
  • Drive alignment across silicon, hardware, test, packaging, and sourcing teams; resolve dependencies and enable timely decision-making.
  • Partner with external foundries, OSATs, and silicon vendors to manage schedules, deliverables, and escalations across organizations and time zones.
  • Build and maintain detailed program schedules, track execution, and provide regular milestone reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain a comprehensive risk register and drive mitigation plans with clear ownership and timelines.
