About The Position

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) owns customer-facing projects from start to finish, partnering with customers and engineering teams to develop a technical path to success, identify engineering needs, and validate expected product outcomes. TPMs take responsibility for their accounts and help shape their success. TPMs work alongside customers to understand mission challenges and represent customer needs to Anduril engineers, informing product development for critical national and international security challenges. They coordinate with engineers and a broad range of internal teams—including product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations—to build solutions or pivot development as needed. They keep stakeholders engaged and informed, and develop and communicate sprint plans, execution plans, and milestones with internal and external partners. The role also supports business growth by owning operational and executive customer relationships, meeting commercial targets, and building trusted customer partnerships. TPMs identify future opportunities for Anduril technology and communicate the company’s value to decision-makers and end users.
