We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with deep Salesforce expertise to serve as the connective tissue across our commercial and product ecosystem. This individual will operate at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Marketing, ensuring that systems, processes, and teams remain tightly aligned. This is not a traditional PM role. You will be a player-coach —someone who can both drive execution and step into the details, including Salesforce solutioning and light development work when needed. Your mission is to: Eliminate friction across teams Drive clarity, accountability, and delivery Ensure Salesforce and adjacent systems scale with the business You will own team rhythm, cross-functional coordination, and technical delivery—helping multiple stakeholders move quickly while maintaining structure and quality.
