About The Position

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, focusing on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. This involves rethinking every layer of the stack, from acquiring power to designing, building, and operating data centers. This role will lead the Technical Program Management (TPM) function for R&D, managing programs that turn modular and behind-the-meter designs into buildable, ordered, and scheduled reality. The TPM will run the portfolio, including dependencies, decisions, and dates across various workstreams, and provide executive visibility on program status. Additionally, the role involves building the TPM team and its operating system.

Requirements

  • Led TPM or program teams for hardware, infrastructure, or capital programs.
  • Managed portfolios where workstreams shared engineers and deadlines.
  • Ability to identify and communicate potential slips in schedule early, with recovery options.
  • Experience in creating program artifacts that serve as a reliable source of truth.
  • Experience hiring and growing TPMs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data center or energy programs.
  • Familiarity with NPI frameworks.
