About The Position

Fluidstack is seeking a Technical Program Manager Lead, Deployments to join their team. The company's mission is to make humanity more free by deploying frontier compute infrastructure for AI faster than anyone else. This role is critical in delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute by rethinking every layer of the stack, from acquiring power to operating data centers. The Deployments Team is responsible for everything between construction handover and customer-ready compute, including racks, fabric, and validation at hundreds of megawatts per site. They aim to stand up gigawatts a year, turning data halls into serving GPUs in weeks across multiple sites simultaneously. A key objective is to deploy 10GW with software, not headcount, by building tooling that streamlines bring-up, validation, and handoff, ensuring efficiency across numerous data halls. The Role Scope includes running the deployment program across all sites, managing schedules, dependencies, and escalations. The lead will own cross-site resource and sequencing decisions when parallel builds compete for the same teams. They will also be responsible for building the program reporting that leadership relies on, ensuring accuracy in dates and risks. Additionally, the role involves leading the TPM team that covers per-site deployment programs.
