This role will be working primarily in the Power Distribution commodities, but will time to time manage other Semiconductor Projects. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work with most of the business units of Applied Materials, and manage highly visible projects. The projects will include 1. Design Phase 2. NPI and Production sourcing agreements 3. Initial Builds 4. Design updates 5. Production Release 6. Ensuring robust supply chain which apply lessons learned from previous projects. This role will ensure commonality of developed BKMs are applied to all steps of the project, which will span areas from communication methodologies, supply chain strategies, component selections for design, and BU cut in plans. Weekly reports and status updates on major projects will be expected and will be used to accumulate monthly and quarterly report outs to executive management. At times this candidate may be assigned to fill in roles for Materials Program Management or Supply Chain Management roles depending on the available resources for the project in question.
