The Commerce, Account, & Partner Engineering (CAPE) Technical Operations team maintains an always-available platform while enabling seamless delivery of delightful experiences for PlayStation players, partners, and operators. This role is within the CAPE Accounts & Identity SRE and Notifications team, focusing on driving availability and enablement for accounts, authentication, and notifications platforms. The Technical Program Manager II will partner closely with service development teams to deliver new product and platform capabilities and improve operational excellence for millions of players worldwide. This role requires a strong balance of technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills to drive large-scale, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.
