The Commerce, Account, & Partner Engineering (CAPE) Technical Operations team is dedicated to maintaining an always-available platform while enabling seamless delivery of delightful experiences for PlayStation players, partners, and operators. As a horizontal organization, we provide operations and tooling support for backend services across account management, authentication, commerce, and third-party partner integrations on the PlayStation Network. As a key leader of the CAPE Accounts & Identity SRE and Notifications team, you will help drive the availability and enablement for accounts, authentication, and notifications platforms. You will partner closely with service development teams to deliver exciting, new product and platform capabilities, while continuously raising the bar of maturity for operational excellence for millions of players worldwide. We are seeking an experienced TPM with a strong balance of technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. You will drive large-scale, cross-functional programs that impact teams throughout SIE. This role requires navigating complex systems, managing dependencies, and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.
