Requirements

• 8+ years of Technical Program / Project Management experience
• 5+ years managing cloud migration or datacenter transformation programs
• Strong expertise in AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP
• Deep understanding of datacenter infrastructure, networking, and virtualization
• Experience with migration frameworks (6Rs – Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Repurchase, Retire, Retain)
• Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and disaster recovery in cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to manage hybrid project delivery models
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and executive communication
• Experience managing large-scale programs ($10M+ budgets)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

Nice To Haves

• Certifications like PMP, PgMP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or other cloud certifications
• Experience with ITIL, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Familiarity with migration tools like CloudEndure, Azure Migrate
• Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare, Finance, etc.)
• Exposure to FinOps and cloud cost optimization

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end datacenter to cloud transformation programs
• Drive multi-year migration roadmap , milestones, and execution
• Manage hybrid delivery models (Agile + Waterfall) based on workload
• Coordinate across infrastructure, application, security, and business teams
• Establish governance frameworks and decision-making processes
• Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to leadership
• Manage vendors and third-party partners
• Drive risk mitigation, compliance, and quality assurance
• Ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence
