Independence Pet Holdings (IPH), established in 2021, is a corporate holding company managing a diverse portfolio of pet health brands and services across North America. IPH is undergoing a multi-year enterprise transformation to modernize customer engagement, digital experiences, servicing capabilities, and shared technology platforms. The Technology Program Manager – Customer Platforms will own the execution and coordinated delivery across customer-facing digital platforms, including portal, mobile, web, member center, customer self-service, and digital experience, along with related integration capabilities. This role, reporting into the Technology Portfolio & Delivery Office, will collaborate with business program leaders, product owners, UX, architecture, engineering, infrastructure, security, data, D365/CRM teams, vendors, and third-party delivery partners to ensure execution alignment, manage dependencies, achieve release readiness, and drive delivery accountability across multiple concurrent customer platform workstreams. The role requires strong execution discipline, digital delivery experience, and the ability to coordinate complex dependencies across various technical and business functions to enable modern, scalable, and consistent customer digital experiences as part of the broader Paw Print transformation.
