In this role, you will help a platform enablement team operate with strong product discipline. You will work with technical leads, delivery leadership, stakeholders, application development teams, security/compliance partners, and other contractors to clarify needs, prioritize work, improve adoption of shared services and patterns, and communicate tradeoffs across a complex modernization environment. This role is a strong fit for a Senior technically fluent Product Manager who can make ambiguous infrastructure and DevSecOps work clear, actionable, and stakeholder-ready without needing to be the technical implementer.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as Senior or Principal level product management, technical product ownership, or closely related experience
  • Experience working on platform, infrastructure, DevSecOps, cloud, reliability, internal tools, developer experience, enterprise software, or other technical products
  • Experience with AI-enabled product delivery, AI platform enablement, responsible AI governance, or infrastructure support for teams building AI-enabled products
  • Strong ability to turn ambiguous technical work into clear priorities, roadmaps, workflows, artifacts, requirements, and decision points
  • Comfort working closely with engineers, architects, delivery leads, security/compliance stakeholders, and client partners
  • Ability to balance stakeholder needs, delivery capacity, governance, security, operational risk, and cost
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong facilitation skills in multi-team environments with evolving priorities
  • Ability to meet public trust clearance requirements
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to meet any other requirements for government contracts for which candidates are hired
  • Work authorization that doesn’t require visa sponsorship, now or in the future
  • May be subject to a government background check or security clearance, depending on the contract
  • This role requires you to work from the contiguous United States.

Nice To Haves

  • CMS, Medicare, healthcare, claims modernization, or federal contracting experience
  • Experience with internal platforms, shared services, developer experience, or enablement teams
  • Familiarity with AWS, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, observability, incident response, reliability engineering, or production readiness
  • Familiarity with security/compliance workflows, Authority to Operate support, Information Systems Security Officer partnership, vulnerability remediation, or governance processes
  • Experience using adoption metrics, operational metrics, support metrics, or service-level indicators to guide product decisions
  • Experience supporting legacy-to-cloud modernization or complex multi-vendor environments

Responsibilities

  • Help application development teams understand and prioritize needs related to shared platform and infrastructure capabilities
  • Structure incoming requests into clear problems, requirements, backlog items, decisions, and follow-up actions
  • Partner with technical leads to translate DevSecOps, infrastructure, reliability, operational readiness, and security/compliance work into product outcomes and stakeholder-facing artifacts
  • Help balance urgent team-specific support requests with investments in reusable patterns, standards, documentation, automation, and shared services
  • Support roadmap, backlog, intake, prioritization, documentation, and communication practices for shared platform services
  • Facilitate alignment across project, application development teams, Nava, partner contractors, delivery leadership, and technical stakeholders
  • Help make platform value visible through clear service definitions, adoption signals, operational metrics, risk summaries, and stakeholder updates
